Please Note: No permits will be issued during the 1997 Rose Festival, June 13-22, 1997 The photography permit entitles the holder the use of the Boerner Botanical Gardens at a rate of $30.00 per hour. If a permit holder goes over the reserved time period, he/she will be charged for the additional time at $15.00 for every 1/2 hour or fraction thereof. There is a parking fee at Boerner which is not included in this permit. Please advise your guests, photographer, etc. that parking is $3.00 per car/limousine and $21.00 per bus/trolley. Arrangements can be made to purchase parking passes for your guests in advance at the Garden House. (It is your responsibility to distribute prepaid parking passes to your guests.)  Photograhy by Babboni's Creative Image Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, notice must be given no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled date and the original copy of the permit must be turned in to receive a refund. If your photos cannot be taken due to inclement weather, refunds will be granted when requests are made within two weeks after the wedding date. The original copy of the permit must be turned in to receive a refund. |
